I'm working on putting together a Mono-blue deck that centers around countering spells at a quick rate, hence the many draw cards and the "no max hand limit" cards like spellbook, thought vessel, etc. I have tried to avoid super expensive cards as well beyond Thing in the Ice and Jace, Vryn's Prodigy. Let me know what you think and if theres any suggestions
