Rakdos is my favorite guild on Ravnica, and my favorite color pairing in the game itself. It seemed fitting to me to create a deck with Rakdos, Lord of Riots as the commander. The deck works mainly by pumping out as much damage as possible, although there are a few tricks in the deck, mostly to stop opponents from gaining life. Neheb, the Eternal essentially functions like a second Rakdos.
