BUILD RESTRICTIONS:

-Built under Bracket-3 guidelines (though not for the sake of arguing this doesn't play as Bracket-4).

-NO VIVI LOOPS w/ Quicksilver Elemental or Displacer Kitten.

-No Extra Turns.

THE GAME CHANGERS:

-Jeska's WillGC + Underworld BreachGC make for a pretty lethal loop that ANY Spellslinger styled deck can enjoy (much to the dismay of other players).

--Cyclonic RiftGC is the best one-sided board wipe in the game. Couldn't ignore it if I wanted to.

THE GAMEPLAN:

-'Sling and Ping with Vivi Ornitier and friends like Coruscation Mage, Caldera Pyremaw, or Urabrask  .

-Combat tricks to deal big damage out of nowhere with cards like Bria, Riptide Rogue, Fists of Flame, and Shadow Rift.

-I have included an easy out: Curiosity + Niv-Mizzet, Parun or Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Ophidian Eye .

PERSONAL NOTES:

-I'd usually run Snap, but I do enjoy the flexibility of You Come to a River more.

-Chandra's Ignition was a consideration for the list and is a totally valid add, but I enjoy how much easier Nibelheim Aflame and Planetary Annihilation are on curve foremost.

-I would like to consider Haste Magic for this list in the future. At the moment the only swap out I see is Clout of the Dominus but I'm not convinced I can afford to take it out.

-Invert / Invent and Twisted Image are included in my ramp category in particular due to them being stronger mana acceleration w/ Vivi on board than persay a stand-alone Mana VaultGC. At worst they're niche interaction and/or an expensive tutor.
