Right now tinkering a bit with Teneb.

What started as a lame reanimator with very little strategy is now evolving a bit towards what I believe to be a more focused version of the deck. Teneb can pick cards from whichever graveyard I want.

So, part of the solution is boardwippes to fill everyone's grave with juicy cards. The other option is to fill my own grave with good cards and this forced me to chose carefully my reanimating targets.

But considering all the hate reanimator decks see these days, I felt that I needed to be extra careful. Take into consideration the fact that this isn't a competitive deck. I'm trying to have fun, not giving too much of a hard time to my opponents. Yet I want this deck to come up strong enough to make it relevant in my playgroup. While investigating ways to improve it I crossed paths with interesting decks and it made me think about ways to protect my grave: instant discard being something I enjoyed a lot and a way to put to good use an often overlooked type of creature: spellshapers! Some are better than other and I found it interesting that to me the best ones are simple commons. Land tutoring, mana ramping, regenerating, trampling and disenchanting at instant speed, getting a card in the grave right before triggering Teneb? Yes, please! And the mana costs for both casting these creatures and activating their abilities is also awesome.

But this requires heavy card draw and maybe improvement in this chapter is required.
