This is a Sidisi self-mill deck. The game plan is to utilize small self-milling effects to generate a hoard of zombies and swarm opponents. This is backed up by creatures whose size benefits from creature cards in our graveyard.

It’s really a Rube Goldberg-esque monstrosity. It can go wide or tall in combat and uses some EDH classics to get through with Wonder, Filth, and Brawn. It can also win in a few other different ways depending on how the board ends up. Direct damage routes or milling out opponents for an "RKO OUTTA NOWHERE" are real possibilities.

With remote play being more common, I tried to tune this list as much as possible to focus on creatures mattering in our graveyard rather than all graveyards to try to simplify tracking.
