Commanders by Power Level [EDH Tier List]
6 months since the last update. Oh boy, this is really far behind. Core Set 2021, Commander Legends, Zendikar Rising, now Kaldheim. That's like 100 new legendary creatures. So ... who are the most notable for higher power levels?
Amareth, the Lustrous , Kaza, Roil Chaser , Koll, the Forgemaster , Koma, Cosmos Serpent , Liesa, Shroud of Dusk , Omnath, Locus of Creation , Vega, the Watcher , Tergrid, God of Fright Flip, Birgi, God of Storytelling Flip, Araumi of the Dead Tide , Sakashima of a Thousand Faces , Obeka, Brute Chronologist ?
Mostly the Kaldheim and Commander Legends legends?

Quasiduplicate is nice with the graveyard and clone theme, and fetch lands are not just pretty much edh staples, but they are also great with cards like Muldrotha, the Gravetide. Blade of Selves is a very nice card, which is a possible win with Etrata, the Silencer, another card I'd suggest. It also wins with Biovisionary. A similar effect is Araumi of the Dead Tide, which can be really powerful. Both need Sundial of the Infinite or Discontinuity to make it a reliable win, but you have to wait a few turns. I wouldn't suggest any of those cards seriously, but if you want to add more stuff to them to make that an actual wincon (extra turns, etc.), it could be interesting. Another theme is entering the battlefield, which is really strong with clones because you can do it again with your clone. Yarok, the Desecrated would be a good card in that direction, as would Panharmonicon. Some blink effects would be nice, but not having white takes away some of the best ones. Gyruda, Doom of Depths can go crazy by cloning it and getting more clones, or blinking it with Thassa, or doubling it with Yarok. I agree that you need more lands. This deck looks very interesting!

SMELY_ZAJKO Great questions, and I'm stoked you want to this as your first EDH deck!
From my experience playtesting this with others, this deck is great at lying low for the majority of the game until you are ready swoop in, swing hard, and win the game. Since we are using some cards with "lose the game" effects, you need to be really careful and be smart with Obeka, Brute Chronologist; attacking with her or activating her ability at the wrong time can easily lose you the game.
If you want to go with more of a reanimator/big monsters, Obeka becomes less of a danger to yourself and more of a political tool when the combo pieces are removed; her role in the deck transitions to being primarily as a value engine and political piece. Never underestimate her political power through offering an opponent protection from removal, a board wipe, etc. Also, Araumi of the Dead Tide will then become an absolute all star in this deck!
You thankfully don't need to completely reconstruct this deck to have it focus on reanimator. I would remove all the cards listed under the Combo header except for Sneak Attack, Windfall, Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, and Cabal Coffers. This would remove seven cards from the deck, so we have seven slots to fill in with reanimator cards. I would suggest adding Stitcher's Supplier and Corpse Connoisseur to help get cards into your graveyard. Glen Elendra Archmage for more protection. Then finally, Sepulchral Primordial, Torrential Gearhulk, Sidisi, Undead Vizier and Diluvian Primordial for big splashy creatures to reanimate.
If you have a larger budget, you can upgrade your big creatures to Wurmcoil Engine, Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, It That Betrays, or creatures of the like. Honestly, I would just choose your favorite big creatures and jam those. I hope this helps!
