I've had my fancy Omniscience in a deck where it did't get used much. So I got thinking I should make a deck that would make good use of it. It's got a high CMC so I feel it needs plenty of ramp, witch means green, in my mind. So Blue Green it is. On EDHrec.com Roalesk, Apex Hybrid is one of the less popular commanders but I thought it could be lots of fun
