My newest Edgar Markov iteration.

Obviously the gameplan is to play as many 1 and 2 drop vampires as possible, triggering markov's eminence, and getting more vampires with which to aggressively target and chunk a singular player.

I've tried so far to have a majority of and CMCs, as that seems the easiest way to accomplish my gameplan. Large and by far most of the vampires are individually irrelevant, though i aimed to have all the 1CMCs to be 1/1s, all the 2CMCs 2/Xs, and the few 3 and 4 CMCs to have some form of useful ability.

The vampires that are specifically useful are Captivating Vampire, as having 5 vampires is mostly assured,

Champion of Dusk, as this is one of the few 'reload your hand' cards i have.

Twilight Prophet, as continual card draw is important for an aggressive deck like this

Sanctum Seeker, as a way to bridge the gap in killing a target

Mirror Entity, as more of the same while still triggering eminence

and then i have Drana, Liberator of Malakir, Indulgent Aristocrat, and Cordial Vampire for board-wide buffs

as well as all the creature based anthems in Adaptive Automaton, Legion Lieutenant, Metallic Mimic, Stromkirk Captain andThirsting Bloodlord

Throne of the God-Pharaoh works as a secondary Sanctum Seeker

Shared Animosity as a secondary Mirror Entity

and Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors and Goblin Bombardment as non-vampire avenues of chip damage.

The issue I'm having is that in a bubble i can just barely kill someone turn 6, provided they do absolutely nothing for that long. Obviously that wont happen, and i generally have to kill a second player afterwards as well which is proving to be difficult to find a solution to.

What's more, i think i've shaved my manabase and CMC down to suitable levels for aggro, but Edgar Markov himself costs , which is far and beyond everything else in this deck. In the interest of keeping the deck lean and low to the ground, ive cut out most mana rocks except for Sol Ring and whittled my lands down to 35, and that makes reasonably casting edgar while i have momentum challenging.

Lastly, in playtesting, i frequently run out of cards in hand, and after so many turns, have a small army of 1/1s which are not particularly effective at any one thing.

If anyone has any suggestions i would LOVE to hear them!
