Mimicry is the highest form of flattery. ~ Oscar Wilde

Breakdown of the Deck:

The main elements this deck revolves around are using the opponent's momentum/synergies against themselves/other opponents.

CLONE focuses on mirroring the most powerful creatures on the board.

COPY revolves around generating massive value on non-creatures elements of the game.

STEAL uses the opponent's momentum in aikido fashion.

COMBO is the Coup de Grâce focusing on using infinite mana/infinite creatures/infinite damage to close out the game.

Other elements of the deck try to cover weak points and needed utility effects for sustained games.

CLONE: The base creature copy is Clone . But at CMC 4 or 3U it's much more than meets the eye; you see, Clone effects get around pesky things like targeting. Of the 10 Clone Cards in the deck each do one thing better than the other.

Cheaper Clones: Nascent Metamorph , Phyrexian Metamorph , Cryptoplasm

Potentially non-creature permanent clones: Clever Impersonator , Phyrexian Metamorph

Hasty Clones: Stunt Double , Dack's Duplicate

Grow Clones: Gigantoplasm , Dack's Duplicate

Constantly Changing Clones: Vesuvan Shapeshifter , Cryptoplasm

2-is-better-than-1 Legendary Rule Breaking Clone: Sakashima of a Thousand Faces

COPY: Red spells focus on damage. Blue Spells focus on draw and countering...what a limited view of the the color wheel! What if Red and Blue could be...everything...anything. A Vampiric Tutor . A Revival / Revenge . An Eerie Ultimatum . The sky is the limit! X is whatever you want it to be, at instant speed. And what's the CMC of copy of any non-creature spell in MTG? 2. Or somewhere between UU and RR.

Interestingly, red is more of the color of copy magic. Fork Reverberate Reiterate . This section has a lot of variety for card inclusion but my choices reflect what I think is broader than Izzet storms variants focusing on Thousand-Year Storm and Stormcount or Increasing Vengeance and Wild Ricochet .
