precon with some slight upgrades. The strongest thing it can do is loop magistrate's scepter for infinite turns, or some crazy mana shenanigans with clock of omens. Inspirit is really strong to ramp with, using astral cornicopia, everflowing chalice, or temporary effects like lost jitte and pentad prism. It has many charge counter synergies that let you get ahead early and often.

Since the commander is an artifact, that eventually gives other artifacts hexproof and indestructible, the deck is very resilient to removal.

This deck can also take advantage of Inspirit's 8+ and do one-sided board wipes, replay Inspirit in the same turn, and gain hexproof and indestructible back before passing the turn.
