The Mana Base:

• Canopy Vista, Temple Garden and Sunpetal Grove, are the dual lands.

• Cavern of Souls, Command Tower and Plaza of Heroes are the 'any colour' lands. Very useful. Plaza of heroes and Cavern of Souls provided some nice creature protection.

• Emeria, the Sky Ruin, this card makes use of the mainly plains based mana base, providing some recursion.

• Field of Ruin, one must have some kind of land destruction. This sticks to the flavour, and is cheaper than Strip Mine.

• Minas Tirith, I'm a sucker for LotR... Card advantage is nice too.

• Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, beast of a land. Just so expensive $$$...

• Plains and Forest, duh... Has to be Zendikar Full Art Lands. 'Chef's Kiss'.

Ramp/Fixers:

• Giada, Font of Hope, if we weren't splashing for green, this would be the commander. Buffs and Ramps, does it all!

• Starnheim Aspirant, a staple for any angel tribal deck. Urza's Incubator serves a similar purpose.

• Archaeomancer's Map, Land Tax, gib moar Plains pls.

• Smothering Tithe, you gonna pay for that card you drew...?

• Chromatic Lantern and Patriar's Seal are the 'any colour' artifact fixers. Patrair's Seal is an uncommon pick that works in this deck. Lots of defensive capabilities with all the legendaries flying around.

• Aaand the others... Nyx Lotus, Sol Ring, The Great Henge, Sol Ring is a staple, Nyx Lotus is Nykthos in artifact form, and The Great Henge literally does it all.

Draw/Tutors:

• It is very important that we get any of Mithril Coat, Darksteel Plate and Lightning Greaves, as they cover some of the defensive holes in our strongest angels. So we have plenty of tutors in the form of Enlightened Tutor and Steelshaper's Gift.

• Eladamri's Call and Worldly Tutor will get whatever angel we may need in the moment.

• Idyllic Tutor and Enlightened Tutor gets us the enchantments we may need too.

• Mind's Eye has the potential to go generate a heap of cards.

On face value, there may seem to be little dedicated card draw, but I believe there's enough card advantage from other sources. Eg, Battle Angels of Tyr, The Great Henge, Minas Tirith and Firemane Commando.

Interaction/Protection:

• Farewell and Vanquish the Horde are our resident board wipes.

• Path to Exile and Swords to Plowshares are main stays as our spot creature removal.

• Beast Within and Generous Gift have many uses, mainly planeswalker removal, since there isn't too much available in these colours.

• Heliod's Intervention, Krosan Grip, Aura Shards and Aura of Silence are the spot enchantment/artifact removal we use.

• Apart from some of our angels making things indestructible (Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Sephara, Sky's Blade and Deathless Angel, come on down), we also have Darksteel Plate and Mithril Coat to pick up the slack.

• We also have Asceticism, Shalai, Voice of Plenty and the classic Lightning Greaves for some hexproof/shroud.

• Teferi's Protection, Galadriel's Dismissal and Clever Concealment are there if all else fails, and our opponent pulls out a Farewell of their own.

Utility/Control:

• Angel of Finality is our angel that hates graveyards. If I bothered with a sideboard, I'd have a Relic of Progenitus and a Grafdigger's Cage up my sleeve. I'd play more graveyard hate, however we have some recursion in this deck, so Rest in Peace may not be suitable...

• Speaking of recursion... Aurelia's Vindicator, Emeria Shepherd and Serra Paragon give us some pathways back to the living.

• If we wanted to create a little pillowfort for ourselves, we'd want to play Archangel of Tithes (LOVE this card), Firemane Commando and Ghostly Prison.

• Angel of Jubilation, Grand Abolisher, Linvala, Keeper of Silence, Aura of Silence and Authority of the Consuls give us some extra board control in their own special ways.

Now that's all well and good... But how do we win?!

Simple, play any of the angels you can get your hands on, and beat your opponents into submission! :)
