This is probably my most unique commander deck, built around the inimitable Horobi, Death's Wail. It turns any cheap, targeting effect into a very lethal effect, which means stuff like Touch of Darkness, any of the targeting lands, and a lot of other things become lethal when they target something. It also stops Aura-heavy and equipment-heavy decks from going off like they might like to.

The deck is fragile out of the gates, but it's very hard to beat when entrenched. It has a lot of the usual black tricks (kill lots of things), just with far more efficacy than the usual deck. I love it a lot, because it attacks the game from a different angle.
