A revamp of Devastating Dreams '89 [Budget Jhoira Goodstuff] -- So much of a revamp that Jhoira is no longer the commander! I was never super happy with how cookie cutter that old deck was, so decided to try a control-lite shell with Hinata instead! A mix of utility creatures, powerful spells and the classic Archaeomancer + Ghostly Flicker et al. combos!
