A revamped take on Nostalgic Dreams '89 [Budget Grumgully Persist] -- As much as I love Grumgully, I couldn't face going for the infinite persist combo again (or the Scurry Oak combos from my Oviya deck again...) so decided to go for a different approach in Hallar and Magic's longest-standing value ability, Kicker! (Thought about going for Wulfgar of Icewind Gale but man, it was boring to build...)

Pump up Hallar, go off and burn it all down! Nothing more nostalgic than that! Throw in some Kavu and it's just like Magic used to be...
