The goal of this deck is to pull off an infinite combo using Birgi, God of Storytelling   to keep replaying Grinning Ignus for free and either trigger the enter the battlefield effects of Altar of the Brood / Impact Tremors , or to infinitelly pump up your health with Aetherflux Reservoir and kill every opponent with it at once.

You want to get your commander out as soon as possible, preferably at turn 3, or earlier if you can get Sol Ring , Rite of Flame or Jeweled Lotus on your opening hand.

Alternatively, you could win by Fireball if you can get Leyline Tyrant and Braid of Fire on your battlefield pretty early, but this way is much slower and could be countered.

A good portion of your cards are draw engines, meant to thin your deck so you can find your combo pieces faster, most of them have additional effects, but for the purposes of this deck you can ignore most of them.

Additionally you have cards like Act on Impulse , Apex of Power , Commune with Lava and Hazoret's Undying Fury that help you thin your deck even faster, while also helping you play cards. Hazoret's Undying Fury can be specially useful since most of your spells have a CMC of less than 5, which can net you for free when you have Birgi, God of Storytelling   on the field.

Use Goblin Engineer to find Altar of the Brood . I wouldn't recommend using Gamble to search for combo pieces, specially if you don't have many cards in hand, since you could end up discarding them at random, I instead use it to find Imperial Recruiter , and use that to find Grinning Ignus , since you can't really afford to discard Grinning Ignus , and there are other ways to find him that don't require Gamble + Imperial Recruiter , in case you do end up discarding him.
