Description is work in progress, but the game plan is quite simple and how to play the deck is not too complicated. This deck is very friendly to new players of the format and was built with a budget in mind. If you want a more budget friendly version then cut Bloodline Keeper  for Indulgent Aristocrat or something similiar.

Game plan and interactions

We are going to profit off Edgar Markov's ability to spawn vampires and we are going to abuse it by building a big board state and then profit with cards like Bloodline Keeper   / Captivating Vampire / Legion Lieutenant.
