Queen's Commission

Sorcery

Create two 1/1 Vampire creature tokens with lifelink.

Looking better, more trimmed. If you want to pursue the tokens method you could use more cards that create tokens, such as Edgar, Charmed Groom  Flip, Elenda, the Dusk Rose, Legion's Landing  Flip, Martyr of Dusk, Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle and Queen's Commission. You will need creatures to support you earlier in the game, and Vampire of the Dire Moon, Gifted Aetherborn, Legion Lieutenant, Cordial Vampire and Indulgent Aristocrat are looking good for that role.

Keep upgrading!

Sauluz on Orzhov Vampire Tribal

Alright, so i have some spare time currently and will try to give you some more advice.

Possible Cuts:

Dead Man's Chest - Funny card, but not really on theme with your deck as far as i can see

Path of Bravery - Does to little imo, but i have never seen it in play, so it may overperform

Skymarcher Aspirant - Even if you have ascent, its only a 2/1 flyer for one mana

Paladin of Atonement - Same reasoning as for Path of Bravery

Bloodcrazed Paladin - The fact that it does not have trample makes it a lot worse than one might think

Queen's Commission - Not a bad card, but one of the weaker ones imo

Lands:

Exchange Forsaken Sanctuary with Orzhov Basilica Exchange a Plains with Castle Ardenvale If you can, insert more dual lands that can enter the battlefield untapped, e.g. Caves of Koilos

Suggestions

I think you are running too few sacrifice outlets, especially since you are a vampire tribal and need creatures to die for your commander. You already have Yahenni, Undying Partisan, but there are also Viscera Seer, Ashnod's Altar, Phyrexian Altar, Altar of Dementia, Blood Bairn, Anowon, the Ruin Sage, Gatekeeper of Malakir, Indulgent Aristocrat, Voldaren Pariah  Flip and Bloodthrone Vampire (No particular oder, but free sac outlets like Viscera Seer are great!)

Now that stuff is dying, Butcher of Malakir and Dictate of Erebos are really great.

Outline

I really like your deck idea and think that you already are on a great way. If i were you i would abondon the life gain theme and focus more on being an aristocrat deck since your commander heavily suggest you to do so (and also because it is really powerful), but i guess lifegain is more flavourfull with Vampires :)

Good luck with your deck!

Ummm... Field of Ruin leaves you the same on mana. It's mostly useful because other players will be running Castles and such, and you want to be able to blow them up.

I'd cut Queen's Commission and Oketra's Monument for Ajani's Pridemate. Pridemate is a lot better than either of those, and it lowers your curve.

Don't forget the other lands, too. Just because they're not necessary for your gameplan doesn't mean they're not right for you. They can help you do things when you're out of cards in hand, and they can squeak out a small advantage that you wouldn't otherwise have.

Queen's Commission with or without Anointed Procession would be great for Ajani's Pridemate, as the two lifegain tokens can even chump block to give lifegain as separate lifegain events.

As I see from your forum post, you've realized that Angels needs ramp, and badly.

I'm going to go over a couple card suggestions, and then I'll cover what I think the deck needs to become solid.

First, lands -- you're mono white. You can run some fancy lands.

Castle Ardenvale is absurd here. It's literally a Plains but better. Run the playset, unless you can't fit it into the budget.

Field of Ruin -- 1-2 copies. You choose. You will need some, just because lots of players are running Castles, and it helps against them.

Angel of Vitality. You need smaller angels, and this thing fits the bill perfectly. It does everything you want. I'd probably cut Oketra's Monument and Queen's Commission for a playset of these.

Now, to make this deck good, you want it focused. That means two things -- you want every card to work towards one goal, and you want a really good curve. You've got a solid start here, but you need some changes.

First, you should almost always be running 6-8 turn one plays, and removal doesn't count. Not that you have Path in Pioneer, though. You really only run 3, and Chaplain's Blessing sucks. You should run the playset of Fountain of Renewal and a playset of Prism Ring. Both of those will help stack lifegain. Lose the Blessings, they're too weak.

You should run the playset of Revitalize. Also, Renewed Faith. I like Bishop of Wings here, it'll trigger a lot of lifegain. get the 4th.

If you add 4 Angel of Vitality, and fix your curve, this would be a legitimately scary deck to face up against. Not necessarily tier 1, but it'll be a significant threat.

Any advice would be appreciated; especially if you know of good ramp for mono-white!

I plan on running Anointed Procession with Angelic Accord and Resplendent Angel as a help to win with a bunch of 4/4 token angels. I also have Queen's Commission that pairs with Anointed Procession. But if this combo doesn't play out as it should, I can just keep on casting angels and fighting with them.

I have Oketra's Monument for my creatures, basically a 3rd turn ramp spell. I also have Pillar of Origins for angel ramp.

Lots of health-gain cards, especially Ajani's Welcome, Fountain of Renewal, Revitalize, Chaplain's Blessing, not to mention my angels, and white vampires, with lifelink.
