Hey man! Love grave decks and I'm glad people are still excited about them too! Your list looks pretty interesting, and if you wou like here's my advice: 1. I do not know what budget limitations you are under, so I'll sort my advice by price :) 2. I also do not know the mindset of your playgroup, so if anything I suggest seems too rude, unfun, or not accepted in your group, you make the judgement call and could totally just not run it. It's suggestions, not an order :) 3. Under 5$ includes: Blood Pet, Slaughter Pact, Pox, Arbor Elf, Elves of Deep Shadow, Final Parting, Commander's Sphere or Darksteel Ingot, Stitch Together, and Manglehorn. 4. 5-10$ Includes: Sidisi, Undead Vizier, Abrupt Decay, Entomb, Lightning Greaves, and Birthing Pod. 5. >10$ Includes: Grave Pact, Razaketh, the Foulblooded, and Mana Vault 6. The most exspensive commander staple since force of will and the og duals, it's Mana Crypt!! 7. Potential cards you could take out for these in my opinion: Triumph of the Hordes, Blighted Woodland, Catacomb Sifter, Thoughtpicker Witch, Elixir of Immortality, Caustic Tar, Moldervine Reclamation, Swiftfoot Boots, the guildgate, and Arguel's Blood Fast  Flip 8. Again, these are just my suggestions and you may do with them what you will, just thought I'd share because I love this archetype and want to see others enjoy it to their fullest. :)

Some of your card choices are a little odd. Could you explain the inclusion of Arguel's Blood Fast  Flip, Caustic Tar, and Elixir of Immortality? Also, if you're going to be running Triskelion for the combo with Necrotic Ooze and Phyrexian Devourer, you should probably run Mikaeus, the Unhallowed as well.

So here is what I recommend taking out, Caustic Tar, Shadowborn Apostle, Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker, Pyretic Ritual, Cabal Ritual, Dark Ritual, Thoughtseize, Exquisite Blood, Angel of Glory's Rise

The reason we don't want these is because you don't have removal in your deck and we have no way of protecting Kaalia of the Vast Removing these gives us 17 open slots for removal, protection, and some better creatures

Now some recommendations, Kokusho, the Evening Star He is a really good blocker since you have no ways to sac him blocking is going to be your best bet to kill him, Lathliss, Dragon Queen I don't need to explain this one, Terminate Very good instant speed removal, Dreadbore More removal (also hits planeswalkers so that's a bonus, Iroas, God of Victory Sure you cant cheat him out but who cares look at that ability! Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon Cause hes aids, Lightning Greaves We have to protect Bae otherwise she will be shot down on sight Vindicate Great removal, Swiftfoot Boots More protecting of Bae, Strionic Resonator So when Bae attacks we hit her ability with this and get double the triggers so now we put to bois into play Merciless Eviction You need a board wipe, Earthquake A board wipe that only hits your opponents stuff YES PLEASE! Liliana's Contract For the memes, Linvala, Keeper of Silence shes op, Oblivion Ring More removal. Swords to Plowshares Honestly the best white removal in commander, Anguished Unmaking Exile op op.
