This is actually a deck for Meren of Clan Nel Toth, when she comes out for the Commander 2015 Set.

This has been edited for a while and has some hot tech in it. For example Withering Boon is more for my playgroup having a lot of early creatures that are hard to deal with (I.E. Skullbriar). There's also a Black Market in here because....well, VALUE.
