Skyclave Apparition
Creature — Kor Spirit
When Skyclave Apparition enters the battlefield, exile up to one target nonland, nontoken permanent you don't control with converted mana cost/mana value 4 or less.
When Skyclave Apparition leaves the battlefield, the exiled card's owner creates an X/X blue Illusion creature token, where X is the mana value of the exiled card.

9-lives Cool, i'll keep all my card suggestions to $3-or-less per card.
Being one card-down is not worth it for only really knowing what your topdeck is. If you are using Assemble the Players you are wasting resources for almost no gain. Added to this a point which hasn't been mentioned yet - drawing a second copy of this card is absolutely disastrous, as you can't do anything useful with it.
Lawmage's Binding is worse that Oppressive Rays because 3 mana for a card that's still not removing a creature is just really bad value. Far better spells to remove the opponents creatures are Skyclave Apparition, Stasis Snare, Oblivion Ring, Fateful Absence, Declaration in Stone, Prismatic Ending, and Path to Exile
Opt, Preordain, Serum Visions, and Consider are all cheap and are overwhelmingly better than Defiant Strike.
If you're trying to be aggressive with control, your current creatures are really lacking. The current creatures you're running would fit better in a tax-like build, where the aim is to mess with your opponents tempo but ultimately just slowly chip-through damage. If you're trying to play an aggressive-control deck (like the Murktide Regent list) in , then your best bet for creatures on a budget would probably be Tolarian Terror, Delver of Secrets Flip, Spell Queller, Haughty Djinn, and maybe Lion Sash

Nice work! I’m currently working on an Azorious Spirits deck myself, which is likely going to use a lot of these cards. A card that I’m using and I’ve seen in a lot of decks is Rattlechains, which allows you to cast Skyclave Apparition (as well as all your other spirits) at instant speed. I hope you have fun with this deck!

Some thoughts:
-
Flood Plain is not modern-legal.
-
your mana curve is very, very high and I would heavily suggest lowering it. Particularly, both Cowardice and Glare of Subdual feel like they shouldn’t be here.
-
creatures to consider adding in include Ice-Fang Coatl, Watcher for Tomorrow, Soulherder, Skyclave Apparition, Wall of Blossoms, Wall of Omens, Glasspool Mimic Flip, Knight of Autumn, and Venser, Shaper Savant.
-
a non-creature spell to consider adding is Ephemerate. In competitive Soulherder lists this is usually the only non-creature spell the deck runs.

Lol just kidding, this looks like fun.
Forbidden Orchard Generous Gift and Skyclave Apparition are very solid cards that can give opponents creatures, without occupying a dedicated card slot.

As is tradition, I will proceed to suggest a variety of cards that are likely not worth adding.
Akroma's Will sweet card, protection is very rude with master of cruelties as well
Boros Charm I know it's in your sideboard, but the card is really nice. Direct planeswalker damage is nice, only 2 mana for all permanents (not just creatures) get indestructible is great, double strike can be given to opposing creatures. Great card, for 2 mana it's a steal
Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle would be a nice additional source of graveyard recursion if you had more historic cards
Faith's Reward eh I used to be a bigger fan of this card than I am now, but it applies to non-creature permanents too so it's cute.
Rapacious Guest is a card i would cut to get to 100 cards in the deck, but it would probably be there before cuts.
Mentor of the Meek Another sideboard card, but a little surprised you don't have it in main. It's annoying that it sort-of feels like a self-tax card, but it's good draw in your colors, and a hit for your commander. I get why it would be cut though
Orcish Bowmasters if only it wasn't $30. Cheap, good hit, makes an extra creature on top of it, and a sort-of hate card.
Gray Merchant of Asphodel Look, it's not amazing for you, but it's power is 2 or less and i like the card.
Robber of the Rich is a hit for your commander, gives value, and has reach for some dumb reason. It's like a gonti.
Kheru Mind-Eater, well it's a hate card, value, and a commander hit. Not mind blowing, but hey.
Dockside Extortionist Jesus if it wasn't $70...
Esper Sentinel It's rhystic study on a creature, woo. Also not cheap, but hey.
Skyclave Apparition recursion friendly exile card, and it's "up to" so optional.
Mirror Entity Sometimes, hitting face is a nice win con too.
Drana, Liberator of Malakir another face-hitter, but it's flying first strike so it probably survives resurrection in combat, and it hitting first buffs your other creatures too. Little nonbo with your power 4 or greater board clear.
Duplicant I have to mention this card, it's 6 mana but if you just recur it who cares, it's a 2 power creature that exiles a creature then becomes that creature's power, so it attacks big (in theory).
To some degree I've ignored the "hate bear" theme here, but hey I'm just a little guy, what can I do.

idfkgabe decent creatures in white and/or black are aplenty, but might depend on your budget. Some options include Giver of Runes, Esper Sentinel, Solitude, Dauthi Voidwalker, Orcish Bowmasters, Leonin Arbiter, Skyclave Apparition, Grief, Dark Confidant, Thraben Inspector, and Archon of Emeria

In terms of your maybeboard Shalai, Voice of Plenty is a worse version of Sigarda, Font of Blessings at this point so I wouldn't bother with it. Surge of Salvation is cool but it would be a mostly dead draw if you already have Sigarda and you're probably going to be sidedecking Shapers' Sanctuary anyway as an Angels deck.
Metropolis Reformer is cool but it doesn't do enough for you compared to putting in Skyclave Apparition. Personally, I would swap alll copies of Metropolis Angel for copies of Skyclave Apparition. That way you get a more broadly targeting removal than Fateful Absence while putting another creature on the board to make the most of Righteous Valkyrie.
Errant and Giada doesn't do anything for you that Sigarda isn't already doing and you can get away with adding at least one more copy of Sigarda since it's such a high priority removal target for your opponenent that getting two in one game is okay in most match-ups. Also it let's you play Bishop of Wings from the top of your deck which Errant and Giada doesn't.
Aside from that I would say that putting in a fourth copy of of Kayla's Reconstruction and another copy of Nykthos definitely needs to be done. Additionally, if you're taking my advice and getting rid of Errant and Giada then you no longer need the blue mana and so you should really play some combination of fast/pain lands along with at least one copy of Mutavault to help kill your opponent. Emeria's Call Flip is another possibility mana wise as it has good late-game utility while expanding your land base a little.
I feel I may be a bit harsh but that would be my advice for improving this deck.

Mono white dnt is my modern deck of choice haven't updated it recently though.
Let's talk about d/t theory in general. D/T is a meta slaying deck. The core of your taxveffect is white so it has the most stable manabase in mono white. Black is added mostly for some hand disruption. Eldrazi is added for a finisher effect and chunkier creatures.
Here the Eldrazi Displacer is adding to the gameplan but not a huge part. 3 mana 33 with upside sometimes. Probably better as 1 or 2 of. Ephemerate or Touch the Spirit Realm better to use to blink.
I think the *combo to focus on here is Wasteland Strangler +card in exile. With the inclusion of eldrazi temples I think Reality Smasher should be the finisher of choice.
Skyclave Apparition might be too color intensive with half your lands not producing white. Great card. But maybe sideboard it?
I'm a big fan of creature lands in d/t might be worth looking at.
