This was originally a Tiny Leader build, but I saw its potential for an EDH build and decided to upgrade it.

This deck is all based around commander ability and being able to beef creatures with infect. Varolz, the Scar-Striped allows you to exile creatures from your graveyard to add +1/+1 counters to creatures. By casting Death's Shadow or Phyrexian Dreadnought (who both die immediately), you can put twelve +1/+1 counters on a creature like Plague Stinger, giving you an instant win condition. Dealing damage with creatures like Whispering Specter can leave your opponents helpless. Creatures without infect (Managorger Hydra) can be boosted and given infect via enchantments and equipment (Grafted Exoskeleton, Phyresis, Glistening Oil), furthering your board state.

This deck can consistently win by turn five or six, but I made it for fun. With the right upgrades I believe it could be competitive!
