IMO a good and fun budget Tuvasa deck. The main wincon is commander damage. Auras such as beast umbra or Spectra Ward keep Tuvasa alive. Damage comes from many enchantments but also Ethereal Armor or Ancestral Mask. Because of all the draw ( Eidolon of Blossoms ) and ramp ( Fertile Ground ) enchantments 34 lands should be OK. Other enchantments such as Control Magic, Ground Seal or Journey to Nowhere are always good value.
