Not Budget. Recently switched commander from Ob Nixilis of the Black Oath to Sidisi, Undead Vizier and changed the name of the deck appropriately from Night of Souls' Betrayal to Tabernacle. (The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale)

I have always wanted to make a deck like this, it needs to exist, my first draft didn't actually have creatures on the list then i considered the guys who are good at dyeing.
