Ok, this is meant to be a fairly competitive deck however I am NOT a CEDH player so it isn't the best.

The entire deck revolves around getting infinite mana via shenanigans using Worldgorger Dragon, using it in combination with either Animate Dead or Dance of the Dead. The goal with AD and DotD is to get WGD into your graveyard and then cast either AD or DotD targeting WGD, this will start an infinite loop where WGD will enter exiling our enchantment, making us sac WGD and returning the enchantment which we can then reattach to loop again, while this loop is active we can keep tapping our lands each time they reenter so that we can generate infinite mana. With this infinite mana we are able to cast Cut / Ribbons for infinite loss of life or discard Avacyn's Judgment and deal infinite damage, winning us the game.

Our back-up plan, is to use the classic Dualcaster Mage Heat Shimmer combo. You start this combo by casting HS targeting something on the board (probably our main gal Anje), then, before HS resolves you cast DM targeting HS, this will make a copy of DM which you can then use to target HS again, starting an infinite loop. This time we end up with infinite 2/2's with haste, then you just turn them all sideways to kill everyone.

Now, you may be thinking "how are you actually planning on getting these combo pieces?" That's where Anje comes into play. In the deck we have literally every single garbage madness card that is legal in commander, this is because we can discard them to Anje for free. This plan only falls apart when we don't have any madness cards in hand, luckily for us the rest of our deck is full of cards like Cathartic Reunion that let us discard useless things like lands and WGD (we need this one in our graveyard) in order to draw more cards. Anything that remains is various rituals used to keep our mana up.
