A budget deck for a friend. I was too lazy to work out the mana base.

There are four main win conditions within the deck: graveyard value, tokens, fatties, and self mill.

THE ZOMBIFIED MAYOR OF VALUE TOWN:

Gisa and Geralf, Havengul Lich, Meren of Clan Nel Toth, and Sheoldred, Whispering One allow us to constantly put things into play from our graveyard. The main zombie hits for this quartet are Fleshbag Marauder, Graveborn Muse, Sidisi, Undead Vizier, Baloth Null, Skinrender, and Noxious Ghoul. For non-zombies,Sakura-Tribe Elder, Satyr Wayfinder, Shriekmaw, Coiling Oracle, Kokusho, the Evening Star and Acidic Slime are particularly good things to continually reanimate. This deck naturally comes with a fair number of sorceries that also reanimate creatures to this end.

Our value creatures (in particular Havengul Lich) also allow us to be disruptive and pull answers like Agent of Erebos, Draining Whelk, Mystic Snake and the aforementioned Noxious Ghoul on demand (in the Lich's case, at instant speed).

Additionally, several relatively powerful card draw engines enable us to further push the value train. In particular, Corpse Harvester, Cryptbreaker,Graveborn Muse, and looping Sidisi, Undead Vizier allow us to repeatedly draw cards.

TOKENS UP THE ARSE:

Our commander makes tokens whenever we mill creatures. We like to mill creatures. Deranged Assistant, Hermit Druid, Millikin and Satyr Wayfinder do it while ramping. Our dredge cards also help get us there. Diregraf Colossus, Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet, Kessig Cagebreakers, Empty the Pits, Spider Spawning, Worm Harvest, Dread Summons, and Cryptbreaker all also make tokens. Combine with Endless Ranks of the Dead or Parallel Lives and Dictate of Erebos or Wonder for a fun time.

FEELS GOLGARI GRAVE TROLL MAN:

Golgari Grave-Troll, Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, Nighthowler, and Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet pumping himself. Enough said.

SELF MILL IS BEST MILL:

Laboratory Maniac is the end game with this one. Aside from the previously mentioned methods, Altar of Dementia looping Gravecrawler and Prized Amalgam will get you there in a hurry. Embalmer's Tools with the previously mentioned token hoard will also do work. Increasing Confusion and Dread Summons for flavor.

TUTORS:

Every inch of the deck that isn't devoted to our strategies or removal is filled with tutors, and then some. Entomb,Mystical Tutor,Perplex,Buried Alive,Corpse Harvester,Jarad's Orders,Primal Command,Sidisi, Undead Vizier and Time of Need should help us stitch together the necessary combos.

All in all, for the price, this list should be varied, somewhat skill-intensive, and playable without being left in the dust (Unless some cruel satanist brings their tournament-ready ad nauseam and Zur list blinged with mana drain and impreial seal, that is.)
