make big mana and play your opponenets decks with pirate tribal

Edit: about an hour or so into playing this deck, i realize it is ridiculously easy to combo off with cards that ping each of your opponents like Lightning-Rig Crew and Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator which creates 3 treasures each time you use one of those tap abilities. If you can use an affect like Amoeboid Changeling to make the non pirate pingers like Reckless Fireweaver go infinite. So you can actually have a main combo plan with many possibilities especially with Freed from the Real. And even if that doesn't work,Breeches, Brazen Plunderer will give you good value by giving you lots of cards from your opponents. This can allow you to transition to a value style game plan if your combo pieces aren't assembled yet. With that being said the combo is quite resilient but it does include 2 sets of cards that require other cards to make them useful. There are cards like Amoeboid Changeling and Blades of Velis Vel which can make creatures pirates which allow them to trigger our commanders' abilities. and there are cards like Thermo-Alchemist which require the former to make useful. However, the draw effects in this deck include Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, and Tandem Lookout which can make those effects "draw 3s" in addition to the damage and potential ramp/card advantage.

Lines of play:

I imagine this deck would like to have three lands in its opener at the least ( or some combination of ramp) that would allow it to gurantee it casting Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator. In my opinion Malcolm is the heart and soul of the deck and really makes the deck hum by allowing us to ramp and fix easily.

So the 1st priority is having a way to cast Malcolm, but that pretty much only gurantees a "playable"
hand.

2nd pritoty is Lightning-Rig Crew this is the best card in the deck. and you should probably take
any opening hand that includes this and a way to cast it and Malcolm.
With Lightning-Rig Crew you can curve into it on turn 3
Then cast Malcolm on turn 4 and since Lightning-Rig Crew is a pirate it will tap and make 3
treasures in a 4 person game (and more in higher player games) with the 3 treasures and the extra land
you can play Breeches, Brazen Plunderer which will untap Lightning-Rig Crew and then you can
tap it again, make 3 more treasures, and then exile a card from each opponents library and potentially
cast it

*note* any combination of group pinger and ability to change the creature type of that creature should
can be thought of as a replacement to Lightning-Rig Crew
3rd priority 2 mana evasive pirates. These perfectly set up for a turn 3 Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and allow us to start ramping early for future turns.

Ramp is a very interesting topic in this deck. From the way i built it, mana rocks aren't very important to the strategy since the deck aims to play its commadner on turn 3. Therefore, ordinary 2 mana rocks aren't that impactful unless we don't have adequate lands in our hand. Since our commander will But then should we just swap all of our rocks for lands? I'm not
