The idea of this deck is to fetch as many lands as you can, and then have them untap as many times as you can, through a series of enchantments and creature effects, tapping the mana again each time it untaps. Your commander can be either Omnath, Locus of Mana or Yeva, Nature's Herald, depending on what play style you are going for. You can dump all the accumulated mana into a big hydra, or letting it sit in your mana pool and killing them with Omnath.
