Budget Niv Mizzet deck based on "Seize control" and some minor upgrades.

The definition of budget in our playgroup is below 50$.

The idea is the now standard Niv-Mizzet infinite combo with Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, Tandem Lookout. This is plan A. If Niv is survived one turn and any of the three cards is in your hand then you basically won the game.

Blan B is hand cycling out the enemy with some nice cards like Fateful Showdown, Windfall, Dragon Mage, Arjun, the Shifting Flame, and Jace's Archivist. These are quite cheap cards and those are which I have instead of the more pricey whirlpool effect cards. If there are lots of instants and sorcery in the graveyard, then it is can be used in multiple ways. First of all, some cards can give back them to hand. These are Charmbreaker Devils, Spelltwine, Nucklavee , Izzet Chronarch and Mystic Retrieval. Second, it makes way to the alternate wind condition.

Plan C is to fly for victory with the unblockable big creatures. These are getting stronger with more sorcery and instants in the graveyard. The flyers are Spellheart Chimera and Enigma Drake. They can be made even unblockable with Rogue's Passage.Plan D is to swing with Psychosis Crawler or ping with Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius.

Every other part of the deck are control spells. The strategy is to try not to intervene with others work till there is no immediate threat. The control spells are mostly counters and bounce cards (they can save your pernaments as well) and also some burn spless. Here I am not perfectly sure what to include and what to exclude. I would like to have a more controlling theme of the deck.

Niv can win the game from nowhere if you leave enough counters to keep track the others. Swiftfoot Boots and Lightning Greaves are missing yet to make Niv more effective.

Please leave me suggestions where to upgrade and what to leave out.
