Hey, making a set of mono colored decks for I'm using my collection from over the years and building 1 a month for 50$ or less in additional cards.

The guidelines I am applying are I will only have one commander from each block, all 5 decks will be monocolored, under 80$ in total price (I feel it should be a focused casual deck fun with a bit of jank but able to win consistently.

The overall goal is to have solid casual decks to play and teach new players.

The Kamigawa block was a favorite of mine and the dragons man o man. For this deck the cards 1$+ I already have are Torrential Gearhulk , Diluvian Primordial , Wayfarer's Bauble , Vedalken Shackles , Cast Through Time , Dissipation Field , Jace's Sanctum , Desertion , and Keiga, the Tide Star .

Mono Blue

Keiga, the Tide Star is our Commander, we get to steal a creature from our opponents when our commander dies, we don't want to send Keiga to the grave but with Helm of the Host and or clone tokens, no problem with them hitting the graveyard. With this and a few other stealing spells or copying creatures. Vizier of Many Faces and Mercurial Pretender are cheap and fun clones. Mercurial gets a return to hand ability, handy to make a different clone. Vizier has the advantage to be cast for it's embalm cost and become a copy.

We also have spells to copy creatures and even artifacts Stolen Identity , Tempt with Reflections , Cackling Counterpart

Perplexing Chimera , Desertion , Legacy's Allure , Redirect all allow us to copy or take control of a spell.

Chancellor of the Spires , Spelltwine , and Diluvian Primordial let's us cast an opponents spells from our opponent's graveyards at no cost.

Swarm Intelligence , Jace's Sanctum , Cast Through Time
