These cards both fit the theme and have at least some synergy with the deck- Muse Vortex, Spellbinding Soprano, Malcolm, Alluring Scoundrel, Fires of Victory, Victory Chimes, Entrancing Melody, Maelstrom Muse

Talruum Piper is a bad card, but it is a musical Minotaur.

These cards don't quite fit the theme but are powerful in this sort of deck- Volcanic Vision, Immolating Gyre, Tzaangor Shaman, Omnispell Adept, Galvanoth, Epic Experiment, Summons of Saruman, Aminatou's Augury, Commence the Endgame

Also some cheap land upgrades- Fiery Islet, Frostboil Snarl, and Command Tower.

You should also consider running more lands than 35, with a mana curve this high it can be easy to stumble on lands. Alternatively you could play more ramp spells like Worn Powerstone and Coldsteel Heart.

I found maybe some sort of jank. Morophon, the Boundless, Archaeomancer, Omnispell Adept, Tradewind Rider, and Intruder Alarm.

Use Jodah and morophon to free cast Archaeomancer and omnispell. use omnispell to cheat cast Curse of the Cabal or Vona's Hunger. If you have something that makes your bois into mana dorks, you can use tradewind and intruder alarm to return archaeomancer to hand and something else then then recast them for free. when you play them, you can untap your board with the intruder alert and recast your spells again.

Sadly, you cant do recasts with Fraying Omnipotence as you lose your creatures. if there was a card similar to the mirror that can allow you to recast it, that would be chill but this combo seems like it has the right idea.

Omnispell Adept helps cast stuff cheaper, depending on the card. And if you have a way to untap it like Pemmin's Aura, then you can do it multiple times which is pretty sweet. Galvanoth maybe to cast them for free? However you might need some manipulation tech to make it work properly. I tried to make Living Lore a thing, but it's a pretty risky play. And the last idea would be something like Epic Experiment for an extremely risky move.

These are just a few ideas that can help cheat out such mana restrictive cards. I know there are other cards out there, but these are just the ones I sort of thought about for the idea you want to achieve.

Gotcha, I think the Kytheon cards might be a flavor stretch, but Gideon is cool so why not.

The Omnispell Adept seems out of place as most of your instants and sorceries are pretty cheap.

I loved me some Court Hussar back in the day.

Divine Visitation goes great with Dovescape ?!?! Speaking of tokens, Pride of the Clouds is always great when you have extra mana.

Izz a bit of a nombo with the Amplifire. 4 out of 21 Creatures your first Amplifire might hit are good, the other 17 are 0, 1 or 2 Power and toughness. Izz funny Combo with Cyclops and Apex, but 10 Mana is too much to wait for. To keep the Spirit of the Deck, I suggest swapping Amplifire for Omnispell Adept .

So, this seems like a really fun take on Izzet, but I think it's a little too spread out to be consistent. I playtested a handful of draws and most of the time I was waiting till turn 4 or 5 to do anything. I was also short on mana enough times to warrant including 1 or 2 more lands in a deck with this high of casting costs. I also dislike Brass's Bounty in this deck because your land count is so low, you'll rarely have more than 4 lands in play. Yes, the Bounty is another target for the Adept, and a big buff to the Cyclops, but not a good payoff spell by itself. There are other juicy bombs I'd rather pay 7 mana for.

This is basically a combo deck, in that it needs to assemble the right combination of creatures and spells to have a big payoff turn. To that end, I'm fine with defensive cards like Erratic Cyclops and Omnispell Adept buying time and also functioning as combo enablers. I'd cut the Wee Dragonauts for the 4th copy of both of these creatures. It'll be tricky to try and chain Adept > Apex > Banefire/Explosion.

In playtesting, I never liked the Pirate's Pillage much, because it felt like it was too slow and came out too late. I'd rather have a faster draw card like Radical Idea to help ramp up the Runaway Steam-Kin faster. Lastly, I'd probably cut the Shock in favor of a 4th copy of Lava Coil and Lightning Strike, since these are your only removal spells to keep opponents at bay while you find your big spells.

Keep tweaking & testing the deck. I'm interested in seeing where this goes.
