Serpent of the Endless Sea

Creature — Serpent

Cards to consider: Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner cheap usefull + draw engine Repudiate / Replicate make a cheap copy of your Stormtide or any other usefull Wash Out Just Dont pick green or blue +++ ALL PERMANENTS (lands to) Migration Path for Explosive Vegetation same but one has added cycling ( you never know )

Mayby trade off Deep-Sea Serpent and for ether Serpent of Yawning Depths or cheaper Mesmerizing Benthid deep sea is to dependant on combo pieces that may never get draw 3 under 6CMC and Stormtide 8CMC Same thing for Serpent of the Endless Sea but worth to wait keep as finisher

I think you are running way more Flight effects than you really need. I would cut all the 1 mana cards that give flying and offer no other benefits, for starters. Cloak of Feathers, Jump and Flight could all go. The next ones you could cut would be the ones that only offer small pump effects in addition to flight, such as Arcane Flight.

Speaking of Flight effecs, Flight of Fancy is notably missing here. It is Flight and Divination rolled into one, which is fantastic.

Ulamog's Crusher is a great finisher you could add to your deck. Eldrazi Devastator can also end games pretty quickly (flample is nothing to scoff at).

Mystic Sanctuary is a great card to have in every Blue deck today.

Otherwise, I think it would be really cool to see more serpents that require islands to attack combined with a sub-theme of island-giving, like Spreading Seas+ Serpent of the Endless Sea. There are tons of powerful creatures like this that only need a little work to get going.

This deck is bursting with flavour and I love it. You might also want to consider Vortex Elemental as a 1 drop and good defence. I find that people leave me alone for a while when Charybdis (my nickname for it because it bears resemblance to the mythical whirlpool monster) is on the field. Entrancing Melody refers to Sirens, which are also creatures of the deep in Greek mythology. Plus give a nod to mermaids as well. Serpent of the Endless Sea is not only flavour but is an arguable adaptation of Jormungandr. Thassa's Ire and Thassa's Devourer link to the sea god you are playing already so ... I thought these might fit in too. Deep-Sea Terror and Jokulmorder might also be worthy of consideration. I hope these have helped a little!

Fun deck. I'd give Stormtide Leviathan a look though. Arguably the best cheap blue fatty from the sea. Also if looking to spend a bit more, you could roll the queen of the seas herself in Thassa, God of the Sea. Other notable blue fattys include Breaching Leviathan, Aethersquall Ancient, Deep-Sea Kraken, Stormsurge Kraken, and Serpent of the Endless Sea. I'd give some of these a look if you are looking for a bit more hitting power on the cheap as all of them are less that a dollar bit hit super hard. Stormsurge Kraken in particular is great for it's card draw ability and hexproof.

I would honestly add other creatures (Other Levis, Krakens, serpents, and Otcos) Lorthos, the Tidemaker Elder Deep-Fiend Kederekt Leviathan (Sweeper) Simic Sky Swallower (Just a 1 of so you don't draw it) Pearl Lake Ancient Nemesis of Reason Serpent of the Endless Sea Deep-Sea Kraken Scourge of Fleets Wrexial, the Risen Deep

Just some other ideas :).

For reference if you want to splash green though.
