The Silver Golem is taking a seat at the Commander table tonight, and he brings the power of Argentum with him! This deck is nearly all artifact-based so expect very little Eldrazi weirdness, just good ol' robots, constructs and machines (Wandering Archaic couch surfs occasionally). You may begin to wonder whether you're tapping mana or simply refining the bountiful metal of Mirrodin into the perfect engine for victory!

There's not quite as many Myr to the Myr-aculous part anymore (see Urtet, Remnant of Memnarch for my Myr Tribal deck!) but as my favorite beings from Mirrodin I’ve kept the namesake.

This deck tries to use less conspicuous combos to help keep up with responses or even sneak wins on your playgroup if they get too familiar with Voltaic Construct tricks. Just remember to watch out for those Vandalblasts! A Darksteel Forge could cement your place when playing the long game, and some artifact recursion like Junk Diver makes sure you’ve got backup blueprints if an important combo piece gets blasted.

A personal favorite of mine here is Karn, Silver Golem + Sol Ring + Grinding Station + Salvaging Station: Tap the ring for 2, bring it to life, sac it to grinding (untaps salvaging) and then bring back the ring with salvaging (untaps grinding), cast the Ring for 1, leaving 1 net mana from the process, and mill your opponents out, or use all that mana to rain infinite Rocket Launcher or Goblin Cannon blasts on your fellow players!

This deck is a big point of pride for me, the first one to really compete at my LGS tables. I’m always trying different angles on it like running Coretapper and Scarecrone to pull infinite turns off Magistrate’s Scepter, or a last ditch effort with Leveler and Mirror of Fate to exile my library then bring back 7 hopefully game-winning cards. I love Karn's lore and character, and it's a very different-feeling deck to play and to build for. I hope if you're building something similar that you enjoy it as much as I do!
