This is a radical twist on the Cats C17 Precon, with much less focus on equipments. The goal is to close the game fast, with small cats for early pressure. The mana curve is a nice falling slope with a super tight 2.8 average CMC. These cats don't go wide for a swarm, but tall for a knockdown. This can be achieved one threat a time, with boosts that stick to the board in case of removal, and protection in the hand anyway. Arabho's Eminence is the MVP.

DISCLAIMER : This is part of a 32 EDH decks challenge (1 deck per color combination) on HARD mode... with NO repeating card AT ALL. Counting 11 nonbasics and 25 basic lands per deck, it represents 2400 unique cards total (quite a nice cube!) plus 800 basic lands. This explains some glaring omissions, which undoubtedly found a home elsewhere. Struggle over staples is real but constraints breed creativity.This is a budget-conscious experiment to boot!
