You have lots of cat lords, Feline Sovereign, Kaheera, the Orphanguard, King of the Pride, etc. as well it works with self-modifiers like Loam Lion and Qasali Pridemage the new cat Sovereign Okinec Ahau can permanently +1/+1 counter your cats. Notably missing (in your maybeboard) Regal Caracal would give everyone lifelink too.
Glittering Lynx seems off, the isn't that disruptive for an opponent if it matters. I think you're trying to maximize your MV 1-drop cats, but Arcbound Mouser would give you a second Trained Caracal with upside instead. Lion Sash is also nice, but it is MV 2-drop.
The other new cat would be good: Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar, he could replace something like a vanilla Leonin Skyhunter or a mana sync like Bronzehide Lion or a really high cmc creature with low value like Jareth, Leonine Titan who probably is a win-more at MV6 that won't turn a loss into a win, really he MV7 to activate. Card in that MV slot has to be extremely impactful. Cats like Scrounging Bandar also work well with this new cat. Limiting interaction on your turn especially flashing in +3 spells (Indomitable Might) is really nice.
Leonin Relic-Warder is nice for controlling artifacts/enchantments and providing another MV2 cat.
Everybody Lives! gives another Heroic Intervention type effect.
Farseek is MV2 but I'm betting Harvest Season probably does more work at MV3. 35 lands seems like a lot for a low curve, maybe some low MV ramp like Talisman of Unity. Boseiju, Who Endures is a good forest but it's stupid expensive.
Rancor is a really nice trample/evasion enabler. Or like a Shadowspear or something which also helps out with Indestructibles blocking your cats. Pridemalkin is on a cat body, but don't like the MV3.
Mirri's Guile is okay, but a bit of a trap, way more value at MV2 with Sylvan Library
Song of the Dryads I get for locking out a commander but some instant interaction like Stroke of Midnight are usually more utility in more situations, might be a meta card though.
Eladamri's Call will bring up consistency to draw the finisher cats.
Cheers

I do not like Pouncing Jaguar , the echo is just too annoying and plenty of 1 drop cats exist. Glittering Lynx , Charmed Stray , etc. Pendelhaven tends to be better than a forest for these cards as well.
Lost Leonin can result in earlier kills than any cat opening and dramatic boosts from Duelist's Heritage and Silverblade Paladin similarly speed up kills. Combined with Lost Leonin you can occasionally steal a turn 3 kill. You might find Rhonas the Indomitable
I'm also surprised at the lack of Rancor and Steelshaper's Gift . Darksteel Plate seems slow and does little and Ajani, the Greathearted doesn't look remarkable.
Life's Legacy and Hunter's Insight create a remarkable amount of advantage and Lifecrafter's Bestiary is surprisingly effective, the scry is surprisingly strong for the deck given its natural redundancy issues and the draws just build up advantage.
Krosan Vorine is nice creature removal that happens to be a cat. You seem to be avoiding creature-based spot removal, which I find surprising to the extent you aren't even running Swords to Plowshares , which I guess was an intentional meta call.
A higher-curved call like Regal Caracal seems a bit slow for cat plays, I'd prefer The Great Henge , where a 5 power cat, (original power of 2 with Arahbo boost), gets it to be a 5 drop, or even a 4 drop with 6 power from those 3 original powered cats, etc.

Nifty list. I don't have the cards or meta that you do, playing a more casual styled meta, and I play 1 v 1 30 life commander, so my list is very different, though in many cases I can see why we have different cards. But there are some things that I am curious about and I do have some suggestions. Hopefully you find some of them helpful.
Pouncing Jaguar has 2 power for a 1 drop cat, but 1 mana echo seems very annoying. Steppe Lynx may need landfall, but I imagine in the early turns this is achievable and you can save your mana for other things. Given your artifact hate I imagine players will trigger Leonin Elder often enough to give little life boosts. Glittering Lynx can also be randomly annoying for a 1 drop cat. Sure, they aren't 2 power starters, but at the start neither is Leonin Vanguard , which you run as an early game pressure card.
Do you love your life so much for your lifegain plan to use Spirit Loop ? I'm not sure I'd use a card with little other purpose. Given your buffs standards Battle Mastery seems ok, Silverblade Paladin should be a favorite, a creature to tutor for combos with cats, especially Lost Leonin , is good alongside its own 2/2 double strike frame. Grafted Wargear is nice, though I suppose with artifact removal the drawback stings, though it can't be much worse than a combat tricked creature removal on king of the pride. Still, grafted is faster than Heirloom Blade .
Hunting Cheetah may be a cat, but at that speed I would think Hunter's Insight should be a valid set-up card.
Pendelhaven is a better forest in most cases, a free 1 power boost in addition to being an untapped green source. I have enjoyed Mutavault as getting under the radar as a cat land. For ramp is burning a and to draw so good to use it over nature's lore or an artifact like Arcane Signet , even with your artifact hate out?
Skyhunter Skirmisher eats life quickly, though as a 3 drop that needs Arahbo to sink into it you might find it slow and weak to removal's tempo. Rhonas serves as such 3 drop support with a bit of added mana sink damage. As far as swarm boosts go Metallic Mimic is an early game 2 drop cat option that rewards swarming multiple cats.

Hey, I also don't have a Arahbo deck, but to take more advantage of eminence (+3/+3 for a Cat) my advice is to keep the mana curve low. Mostly one and two drop Cats, some three drops, couple of four drops and top the curve at five drop Regal Caracal and Arahbo:
Here's an example:
- Loam Lion
- Wild Nacatl
- Savannah Lions
- Jungle Lion
- Steppe Lynx
- Scythe Leopard
- Sacred Cat
- Trained Caracal
- Glittering Lynx
- Fleecemane Lion
- Qasali Pridemage
- Adorned Pouncer
- Metallic Mimic
- Leonin Arbiter
- Leonin Skyhunter
- Ajani's Pridemate
- Leonin Relic-Warder
- Brimaz, King of Oreskos
- Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist
- Skyhunter Skirmisher
- Pride Sovereign
- Mirri, Cat Warrior
- Alms Collector
- Jazal Goldmane
- Leonin Warleader
- Regal Caracal

Hi Spirits, did you ever consider Glittering Lynx? It's quite difficult to remove and can really slow your opponent down.

Here are some cats you should consider adding: Adorned Pouncer, Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Enlightened Ascetic, Felidar Cub, Glittering Lynx, Krosan Vorine, Leonin Abunas, Lost Leonin, Pride Sovereign, Regal Caracal, Sacred Cat, Skyhunter Skirmisher, and Trained Caracal.

Cards to cut
ajani's pridemate - just a bigish dude, I think this could be better as a 1 drop anything
ajani's sunstriker - I think Trained Caracal is better
Jareth, leonine titan - too expensive CMC
jazal goldmane - expensive overrun, might be worth keeping in after you lower the curve a lot. I'd keep an eye on it to see if it preforms
sunspear skikari - there should be another cat you can run that dosen't need another card to be good
wily bandar - might be better as Glittering Lynx, force your opponents to pay mana to kill it instead of you paying to save it
I think the preconstructed deck added lots of ramp that you might not need, so maybe cut some of the ramp?
sigarda's aid - i think you've already cut this, I still think it's not great
mirari's wake - you're not ramping into anything really huge anymore, not sure it's nessary anymore
nissa's pilgrimage - cultivate and kodama's reach are better.
traverse the outlands - big ramp spell to play your 1-3 CMC cats? Great card, but i think it's better in another style of deck
door of destinies - i think you wanna run out your little cats early, kinda blunting the effectivness of this card
grappling hook - costs so much to play and equip
sword of the animist - minimal stat boost, might be upgraded to some other equipment
kindred summons - make sure you play as an instant or you might get blown up by a wrath.
white sun's zenith - we're cutting a lot of ramp, making this less good
Lands
get more basics in here!
cut saltcrusted steppe
ancient ziggurat
blighted woodland
I really hope to see this deck wrecking the table soon and I think with some changes it will be!!!
