So a while back I had an idea to try and make deck that focused around literally making my turn as long as possible, while not actually doing that much. Initially it was EDH eggs, but then Arjun, the Shifting Flame came in and I realized that it would be a perfect commander from this deck.

So your first battle strategy is to get Arjun, the Shifting Flame or Mindmoil out on the field. You'll utilize draw card spells and cantrips to dig through your deck for mana and other spells.

Once you have gotten enough mana your next objective is to search for your primary win conditions: Psychosis Crawler and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind.

Once assembled you have one mission: cantrip, cantrip, cantrip, cantrip, cantrip! You want to cast the maximal amount of spells while keeping your hand loaded. Since mindmoil makes you draw cards Psychosis Crawler and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind (with our without Curiosity) will deal 1 damage per card drawn.

What about if you lose your primary win conditions? Well from here you have a few options. Guttersnipe can make for some kills if you think you can cast about 20 spells. Arjun, the Shifting Flame + Diviner's Wand makes for some good voltron action. Body Double will give you a second shot at any of your destroyed win conditions. Or you can combo off with a combinatino of Mind Over Matter + either Temple Bell or Arcanis the Omnipotent to mill out the field, or with Arcanis the Omnipotent continue the mindmoil garbage. In addition Reconstruction can be used to get back Psychosis Crawler if need be.

We play several counterspells and control style cards to keep our opponent at bay while we dig for our win conditions. As well as a few tutors to get our win conditions out faster.

Mind's Desire, Turnabout, Mind Over Matter and Mizzix's Mastery can all keep you going if you begin to run out of mana or mindmoil triggers allowing you to either untap lands or pull off just a few more Psychosis Crawler pings.

Gustha's Scepter makes a nice utility card for this deck that lets you pocket away a card you want to keep for later. Say you draw into Mizzix's Mastery, but are unable to play it this turn you can place it under Gustha's Scepter to protect it from mindmoil effects until you are ready to play it.

Despite how it appears the major weakness of the deck is running out of cards in your hand. Sometimes cantrips aren't enough to keep you afloat when you just need to dig a bit deeper and drawing one card per spell cast won't cut it for what we need it to do. So I think I will be adding more big draw card spells to try and keep my hand full.

In addition I have considered running draw doublers such as Thought Reflection and Alhammarret's Archive along side Laboratory Maniac (Leveler makes a fun troll that could win me a game with Laboratory Maniac), however this has a major weakness of milling myself out too fast. Platinum Angel and Mind Over Matter could save me from the mill fate, but I thought it too risky.
