This is fairly simple strategy for players that just want to see the world burn! And do it for under $100.

Anya, Merciless Angel shouldn't be brought into play until you can turn on her Indestructible. She's rarely going to attack and mainly serves as a huge blocker to protect you between turns so you can burn down your opponents life totals.

One of the fun parts about this deck is that you can basically use all the mana rocks in your collection. With so many cards requiring X in the casting cost, there's no such thing as "too much mana".

Glacial Chasm and Personal Sanctuary will help to mitigate the damage your cards deal to all players.

A lot of players complain that Boros can't draw enough cards but there are plenty of options in this deck to keep your hand full.
