Main theme is to ramp up and get Xenagos into play. From here it’s all about putting big beaters with trample into play and smashing faces with Xenagos’ power boost and haste. The deck mostly only has few creatures in play at a time, since the commander boost only affects one creature per combat step.
Extra combat steps are epic, since they can once again double the power, which makes most creatures player removal.
