Yorion, Sky Nomad blink thought-experiment using quantum mechanics as inspiration for the deck. If a deck is in a box and is being shuffled constantly with a single Stasis being removed and added back in randomly, you have achieved a deck that exists as both salt-inducing stax deck and a fair and balanced deck that the table won't hate. However, by playing the deck you break down this superposition and it becomes one or the other type of deck described.

Note: This deck does not contain Stasis I just wanted to have fun writing this. I'm no monster, just moderately degenerate.

The key gameplan of this deck is to have your key ETB permanents only exist at end-phases. This is achieved by having Yorion, Sky Nomad blink a Flickerwisp effect out of existence, and when they re-enter the battlefield at the end-step you may flicker Yorion, Sky Nomad again, using that Flickerwisp ETB, to exile all of your non-land permanents again until the next player's end-step. This allows for a value-centric blink ability that makes it so Yorian, Sky Nomad is the only non-land permanent on your board outside of end-steps.
This deck is obviously weak to being beaten down, as you really only have a single creature to block with. Good thing we're in WU colors and can control super well.

Keeping creatures to a minimum with board wipes is a great way to keep the value train going. Divine Reckoning and Single Combat are great examples of this as they let you keep your single creature, but generally clear other player's boards very well.

Another way to just protect yourself is with lock-down pieces like Stonehorn Dignitary and Stalking Leonin, which would only affect one other player per round. However, with the above mentioned Flickerwisp and Yorion, Sky Nomad set up, the next player in turn order can be picked effectively shutting down all combat.

For lack of a better example, in the end, the cat either lives or dies. It lives (read: wins) by controlling the board and eventually hitting a combo set-up using Archaeomancer and Time Warp. This allows for infinite turns as you use the Flickerwisp and Yorion, Sky Nomad set-up to keep abusing the Archaeomancer ETB to get Time Warp back in hand and casting it the subsequent extra turn. Eventually, you hit either Thassa's Oracle or Approach of the Second Sun to actually win.

Note, I know not everyone likes I win combos that come out of nowhere, so Time Warp can just be replaced with a fair and balanced card if you like. However, in my meta, this deck can make a game last multiple hours without the combo as it can shut other players down fairly hard, and durdleing to a win can take awhile. Overall, the single combo helps the deck play in under an hour.

Overall, I wanted a more value commander for WU blink rather than combo-focused, and even with the single combo to help speed the deck up, Yorion, Sky Nomad fills that role wonderfully.
