First build of a Xantcha discard deck.

Looking to put the table into top deck mode and have them rely on Xantcha for their card draw. I would love a Sire of Insanity but dont own a copy yet. Not looking to go full power as Im hoping I can turn it into a death by 1000 cuts and have the table ignore me for the most part.
