I'm useless, but not for long

The future is comin' on, is comin' on

Alaundo the Seer + Aphetto Alchemist/Seeker of Skybreak equipped with Illusionist's Bracers = mass draw and slowly cast without paying mana costs. Even better: Alaundo the Seer + Chakram Retriever.

Use instant-speed protection and tutors (Momir Vig, Simic Visionary?) to get this rolling. Using Momir Vig as commander would help hide the combo, but it removes part of the combo from the command zone.. You can exile lands with Alaundo if you get stuck with a pile.of lands in hand. They'll just sit in exile with no time counters until they're recovered with Riftsweeper and played with Summer Bloom, Growth Spiral, or Explore.
