Trench Gorger

Creature — Leviathan

Trample

When Trench Gorger enters the battlefield, you may search your library for any number of land cards, exile them, then shuffle your library. If you do, Trench Gorger's power and toughness each become equal to the number of cards exiled this way.

If you do want to just end the game the moment you go infinite without having to go to combat you could always just use Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Thassa's Oracle.

Or since you want to mill a bit you can use Psychic Corrosion with 50 cards in deck you win basically.

I actually built a test deck for Alaundo when he dropped to see how quickly he could actually churn out creatures. Thus, I didn't put too much thought into the deck but I did find Intruder Alarm to be a fantastic card. The general idea was use a bunch of low cmc mana dorks which would let you play out a good chunk of creatures in one turn.

Then close out with Champion of Lambholt + Overwhelming Stampede this works because Alaundo the Seer gives haste so with Intruder Alarm in play you can swingout with all the creatures you got out that turn.

Mana Severance and Trench Gorger were also nice for getting rid of my lands once the engine started going so I would always hit a spell.

okay, here are some "win-cons" I found. you could just go for a big creature like Trench Gorger , Stormtide Leviathan , Aggressive Mammoth , Aurochs Herd , Carnage Tyrant , Child of Gaea , Cloudthresher , Essence of the Wild could be fun, Force of Nature is really big, Frost Titan , Grunn, the Lonely King , Guile , Hydra Broodmaster (this is one of my all time favorites since it was one of my first cards), Nessian Wilds Ravager , Sagu Mauler (a card I wanted to play for a long time but didn't have the right deck for it, but this seems a perfect fit), Terra Stomper (of course, a classic), Gigantosaurus , Primeval Force , Thornling or maybe Vorapede

yes, I went through almost every 5 and 6 cost minion in green and blue. I'm sure there are other cards that could win you the game out there. but this is what I found

you could also use something that is very evasive ofcourse. like Sun Quan, Lord of Wu or Archetype of Imagination . or something different like a combo with Deadeye Navigator , or counter things and make Draining Whelk really big.

Vampiric Tutor is the #1 card you could put in to improve the deck. Diabolic Vision is an excellent cantrip. Temporal Trespass is the best extra turn spell you could ask for, since the CMC is an upside. Same goes for Curtains' Call and Avatar of Woe . Insidious Dreams and Ancestral Knowledge are extra Doomsdays. Unnatural Selection is an extra creature-type changer. Emrakul, the Promised End is a good eldrazi of choice, since you'll actually be able to cast it if you tutor it to the top of your library. Trench Gorger is a good late game card, since it does triple duty acting as a huge beater, high-CMC target, and deck-thinner. For little guys, Tormented Soul , Triton Shorestalker , Faerie Impostor , Prickly Boggart , Vampire Cutthroat , Looter il-Kor , Nether Traitor , Flitterstep Eidolon , Thalakos Seer , Baleful Strix , Augury Owl , Spire Owl , and Sage Owl are better than some of your choices,

But if your polymorph resolves and, as you said, you get 3 turns you should be able to win. Make your Trench Gorger a 30/30 and cast Clone Legion (you also got from Grozoth). If you just wanna win once you combo resolve, in a multiplayer game, you could change your fatties to - Deadeye Navigator, Peregrine Drake & Frost Titan and just win by infinite amounts of mana and tap everything as described in hall of fatties :) but it is less challenging ;)

Trench Gorger and Selective Memory can be used as a set up for an infinite Beacon of Tomorrows.

I would recommend adding in Trench Gorger.

Welcome to the Magic community and congrats on building your first deck! You can certainly build around your commander but if you would rather double down on the Lovecraft-style monster theme, consider adding some more ramp to the deck and some cards that will let you do silly things because your sea-monsters. Of course, you can't forget to add some more tentacled monsters as well. With that in mind, here are a some of my suggestions for the deck. Hope this helps and that the building goes well for you!

Cthulu's Friends: Lorthos, the Tidemaker, Fleet Swallower, Stormtide Leviathan, Sire of Stagnation, Scourge of Fleets, Stormsurge Kraken, Elder Deep-Fiend, Kederekt Leviathan, Trench Gorger, Inkwell Leviathan, Deep-Sea Kraken, Grozoth

Ramp: Sol Ring, Worn Powerstone, Hedron Archive, Thought Vessel, Thran Dynamo, Talisman of Dominance, Mind Stone, Dreamstone Hedron, Commander's Sphere, Dreamscape Artist, Walking Atlas

Cheat-y Stuff: Quest for Ula's Temple, Quicksilver Amulet, Whelming Wave, Omen Machine, Braids, Conjurer Adept, Gate to the AEther, Gate to the AEther, Timesifter, Paradox Haze
