This is my upgrade to the Painbow preconstructed deck that releases with Dominaria United to really push the rainbow matters theme to the extreme.

There are about 19 total cards that are all five colors in this deck, and close to another 21-22 cards that care about five color or have all five colors in their text box. Over-all, this deck is a pretty simple dance of making as much mana as possible, and swinging with really big creatures, but I do want to highlight a few interesting nuances.

You'll want to start really low to the ground with all your available ramp spells, there being so much ramp I felt comfortable including lots of basic lands. If you have the ability to cast Prismatic Omen then you probably should, as it's mana fixing and combos well with Last Stand in the late game.

For unconventional added value, you can use Terminate or Abzan Charm to destroy your own creatures, specifically Child of Alara or Primeval Spawn for changing the board state to your favor. This can also be done with Path to Exile on one of your Kavu tokens to ramp out an additional land if you don't need the removal and are backed into a corner with mana.

Fist of Suns + Jodah, Archmage Eternal are useful to cast larger spells like Unite the Coalition or Conflux, or upcast Painful Truths to draw MORE cards than normally allowed.

Most win conditions involve stomping the hell out of your enemies with giant five color creatures, by using Jared Carthalion + Knight of New Alara to buff them to incredible size. One of them is special, where you can equip Luxior, Giada's Gift to your commander, then use his -3 ability to target himself, and give himself +10/+10 for the potential to do lethal commander damage in one swing.

In a strange twist of fate, there happen to be a handful of Dragons in this deck, so to supplement the need for five color legendary creatures that are also Dragons, Tiamat has been included so that you can cast her to fetch up Ramos, Dragon Engine Two-Headed Hellkite O-Kagachi, Vengeful Kami and Kyodai, Soul of Kamigawa.

In case you lose your Partner, there are a few spells in the deck that are functional replacements, like Faeburrow Elder + Timeless Lotus .

Finally, towards the end game, this deck is very good at producing more mana than you'll ever be able to use, so dropping mana sinks for value will be very important. Kyodai, Soul of Kamigawa Can protect your commander, and get very big in the end game. Prism Array can control the board for a short time and give you lots of card advantage. Door to Nothingness Is a great political tool to defend yourself, or remove a problem opponent, and Chromatic Orrery will let you draw a bunch of cards each turn.

(Additionally, you can completely change the power level and play style of this deck by just switching out the commander with one of the five color legends like Garth One-Eye Jodah, the Unifier Jenson Carthalion, Druid Exile etc.)
