Ninja Tribal with either Etrata, the Silencer or Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow as Commander.

It works by cheating out non-legendary tokens of your Commander through combo pieces such as Helm of the Host , Mirror Gallery , Blade of Selves , Sakashima's Student and Sakashima the Impostor .

In case Etrata is chosen as Commander, there are plenty of flicker effects to keep her on the board after atacking, also the Ninjutsu ability works to bounce her back into your hand after dealing damage. Your Ninjas' abilities wont trigger since they come into play after damage was dealt, but you can avoid shuffling Etrata into your library or putting her into your command zone and stacking up tax.

If Yuriko is chosen, this deck will shine by bursting down your enemies with multiple triggers of her ability through tokens of herself and additional Ninjas dealing damage.

For a multiplayer game I recommend Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow as Commander, since she can drain all of your opponents' life at once really well, especially with Doomsday .

Etrata, the Silencer works wonders in 1v1, as she will either get three hitcounters out pretty quickly or stall the game by keeping your enemy from playing creatures and doing 21 Cdamage over time. This is why playing her in multiplayer commander is difficult, though. The game will stall forever and doing 21 damage to 2 or even 3 opponents will hardly work before you get killed.
