This is my favorite commander deck to run, it is not supposed to be extremely competitive. I built the deck to be able to utilize multiple mono black commanders other than Sheoldred, Whispering One. Some key combos are Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond , Pestilence Demon + Whip of Erebos , Contamination + Ophiomancer , and to sacrifice creatures like Abhorrent Overlord or Grey Merchant of Asphodel to Ashnods alter just to bring them back with Sheoldred, Whispering One for their ETB. The unpopular idea is to be able to continually play problem after problem, so that the deck is not as limited as some decks that are completely focused around one commander. Some of the other commanders I use are Kiku, Night's Flower, Josu Vess, Lich Knight, and Maga, Traitor to Mortals. Using these different commanders give the deck a different feel even though the other 99 cards are the same. I know the deck can be upgraded further, however these are the cards that I physically have. I will upgrade the deck list as the deck moves through changes. If there are any recommendations I would love to hear feedback.
