Karlov's Lifegain Pump House!

The goal is to get a ton of lifegain triggers to build up Karlov and kill with commander damage ASAP. He gets massive quickly! Getting 20 counters on him is common. Along the way protect him with artifacts and by using his ability to remove counters to smash through pesky permanents. The deck is extremely consistent, but I'm always looking for any changes that can improve it.
