This is without doubt the jankiest deck I have ever come up with and I can't wait to put it together.

The goal of the deck is to get Dismiss into Dream into play along with any number cards that have activated abilities that target opponents' creatures. Ideally Cauldron of Souls which would become a one sided board wipe on a stick. The deck is full of innocuous targeting abilities which will hopefully allow me to fly under the radar of other players, playing the role of group-hug kingmaker by tapping problem creatures, preventing damage here and there with Jade Monolith and Squee's Toy and letting everyone draw cards with Kami of the Crescent Moon .

I have found a couple of other pay offs for targeting opponent's creatures with Cowardice and Willbreaker which help give the deck a bit of depth, rather than just relying on the one card. Let me know if you know of any others. What I have found is that there's a surprising number of tutors in blue that help things along. Admittedly they aren't the most efficient cards, but with Kami Archmage Ascension is a great. Worst case scenario it will eat enchantment removal before the main event turns up.

I haven't really put all that much thought into win conditions, it'd be hilarious if I knock someone out of the game with commander damage. But I am generally happy spicing up a game with Slivers and Sen Triplets.
