Some friends at home decided to build EDH with each of the five Nephilim, respectively. I chose Glint-Eye Nephilim for my build. We also imposed a strict budget of $25 mid-price on tcgplayer.com, excluding each commander. Basic lands count as $0.10.

I discovered that building a four color deck can be very difficult due to the immense possibilities, especially when building a budgeted deck. Very few EDH staples could be considered due to the cost restriction. After considering many angles, I've decided that I should stick to EDH deck building 101: ETB creatures and blink.
