Alright, buckle up as I explain the jankiest 2 card combo. You need Fblthp, Proteus Staff, and 5 islands. No additional cards in hand required. Step 1: Tap 3 islands for Proteus staff targeting Fblthp. We aren't running ANY creatures in the 99, and the staff doesn't shuffle, so we can stack our deck however we want. Going from the top down, we stack: Gush, High Tide, Sol Ring, Frantic Search, Turnabout, Future Sight, Helm of Awakening, Hidden Strings, Sensei's Divining Top, Jace Weilder of Mysteries.

Fblthp ETB goes off and we draw Gush and High Tide.

Bounce two islands to hand to play gush, and draw Sol Ring and Frantic Search. Tap 1 of 2 untapped islands to play High Tide Tap last island for 2 blue, cast Sol Ring floating a blue Using floating blue and sol ring we cast Frantic Search. We draw Turnabout and Future Sight, discarding the two islands we returned to our hand earlier. Untap 3 islands. Tap all 3 islands and play Turnabout to untap our lands, we are floating 2 mana. Tap 2 of the 3 untapped islands to play Future Sight (floating 1 mana) Tap the last island to play Helm of awakening (still floating one mana) Use the floating mana to play Hidden String untapping two islands. You can cipher into Fblthp if you like, doesn't matter. Play Sensei's Divining Top off your library for free Tap your two lands to play Jace Weilder of Mysteries for free. Tap your Top to draw a card, play top from your library for free and repeat till your library is empty, and Jace wins you the game.

To protect against last minute jace-snipes, include a Pact of Negation and a Swan Song and force of will to counter removal. It might be worth including them above Jace so people cant kill him before you get your save cards.

I have also included the classic rings + monolith and dramatic Scepter combos for infinite mana and then a draw spell such as blue suns zenith or stroke of genius, paired with jace wielded of mysteries.

If you own some mox or a lions eye diamond they can improve the speed of the deck massively but I don’t own either and are a little out of my budget range.
