Elven Empire Precon with changes to keep the power level low, but improve the deck. I wanted to lower the mana curve and enable the deck to have a better chance to recuperate following a wrath. No cards over $2 were added to the deck.

Made some trades, so I added a couple stronger cards to the deck (admittedly less budget thatn previous upgrades).

REMOVED Sign in Blood - Double black mana cost makes this a little more awkward than I want. I like the higher payoff sorcery draw spells. (and creatures are generally better to cast)

NIghtshade Harvester- this deck is more about going wide than tall, and I traded this 4 cost spell for a 3 cost, slightly helping the curve.

ADDED Ezuri, Renegade Leader - does it all, protects the board and can win games with the overrun. A card I had been eyeing for a long time.

Circle of Dreams Druid - should be strong, I am slightly worried that the triple green will be hard to get on turn 3, but probably worth the risk.
