Key ideas:

• Tagline: Coin-flipping into combat and card draw
• A whole lot of coin-flipping: initiated by Okaun, Eye of Chaos, Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom, and a lot of supporting cards. Okaun gets huge and Zndrzplt draws cards when anyone wins a coin flip, even opponents.
• Krark's Thumb to make all our coin flips way more likely to be a win, leading to really good things.
• Several artifactc tutors to find the Thumb: Muddle the Mixture, Fabricate, Tribute Mage, Tezzeret the Seeker, Reshape, Whir of Invention, Inventors' Fair
• Artifact recursion to bring the Thumb back when removed: Reconstruction, Goblin Engineer, Argivian Restoration, and Daretti, Scrap Savant
• A good set of additional sources of coin-flipping. Frenetic Efreet can give us infinite flips, enough to get lots and lots of flip triggers. Various other, smaller sources: Mana Crypt, Tavern Scoundrel, Krark, the Thumbless, Fiery Gambit, Goblin Traprunner, Viashino Sandswimmer, Mirror March, and Crazed Firecat. Impulsive Maneuvers makes the game pretty crazy, but gets us a lot of coin-flips.
• Some copying for commanders to get more triggers: Spark Double, Sakashima of a Thousand Faces
• A few cards to do damage equal to Okaun, Eye of Chaos's power - lethal once flips make him big: Chandra's Ignition, Fling, Soul's Fire, Kazuul's Fury  .
• A few cards to give Okaun, Eye of Chaos trample: Chariot of Victory, O-Naginata, and Vorrac Battlehorns. Can kill someone real quick with a trampling 24/24 commander (3 flip wins).
• Win con: Win 10 coin flips with Chance Encounter out, then it has to survive until your next upkeep
• Win con: Commander damage with Okaun, Eye of Chaos.
• Win con: Chandra's Ignition on Okaun, Eye of Chaos with 48+ power (4 flip wins)
• Combo: Tavern Scoundrel + Frenetic Efreet - infinite mana via infinite treaure tokens
• Combo: Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom + Frenetic Efreet - lots and lots of card draw
• Combo: Psychosis Crawler/Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind/Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom/Braingeyser/Expansion / Explosion - damage for every card drawn.
